Our focus is on projects in the $10 million to $100 million range with a special focus on senior living, and multi-family work. The words "nimble, "respectful" and "experienced" best describe our vision of J3C Group. Our intention is not to be the biggest nor the most geographically far-reaching company. Acting on the owner’s behalf, we work closely with the development team to offer solutions for all parties. The motivating forces behind our performance are the client’s goals and budget.
