Currently we are interviewing for: 


 - Project Managers - The Project Manager's responsibilities are to manage relationships with key stakeholders, create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets) and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract.


- Project Engineers - The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administrative duties associated with the project, material releases, vendor tracking cost, coding invoices for A/P, routine correspondence, change orders, submittals and labor and delivery schedules. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.


- Project Administrators - We seek outstanding people - thoughtful, intelligent, imaginative, and inquisitive, driven to learn and grow. With the guidance from the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will:  Keep well organized, accurate, and accessible project documents efficiently logged and distributed using our Prolog Management Software which includes • Drawings and sketches, • Submittals- log, route, and distribution • Process potential change orders including gathering costs from subcontractors, • Issue subcontracts and subcontract change orders. •  Create and Maintain Contact list for duration of project • Assist in preparing logs and distribute Requests For Information. Maintain RFI Log • Maintain job files • Transmittals. 


- Superintendents - A Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
