We have helped owners, developers, operators and ourselves design, develop and build vibrant new communities throughout California. J3C Group works with owners to develop a plan that aligns with ownership's vision.
Multi-family Projects
Our team has built hundreds of units across northern and southern California. While J3C is relatively new in the marketplace our team has individually or together built literally hundreds of multi-family communities. We focus on three stories or less with amenities such as pools, weight or yoga studios and in-house theaters.

When it comes to commercial restoration, you require a professional with experience and service. Count on J3C Group to understand your needs including timeline and budget. Our remodeling/restoration focus has been on assisted living and memory care communities as well garden apartments. We understand that budgets are usually tight and timelines short. We have worked on the remodel of occupied and vacant facilities.
